Privacy
uniqprofile exists so that one profile can be kept in one place and shown only to the companies you choose. This page says what is stored, who can receive it, and how to take it back.
This is a translation provided for convenience. The German version is the binding one.

Nothing about you is published
There is no public profile page, no browsable directory and no search engine listing. A profile is only ever released to a company through the steps below.
What is stored
- Your name and email address, used to identify your account.
- What you write into your profile: headline, summary, location, years of experience, availability, notice period, skills, the kinds of work you are open to, and the rates you state.
- CVs you upload. These are read automatically to propose profile fields, which you then correct. Up to ten versions are kept; uploading another drops the oldest.
- Your visibility setting, and the companies you have blocked or named — including your current employer, if you give it. It is blocked and shown to no one.
- Companies you give that are not yet in our company directory are added to it with their name and website. The directory holds companies only; who gave a company is not in it.
- A record of each search you appeared in and each company that took your details — so that you can see it.
Who receives it, and when
An agency states a requirement. It is first told only how many people match, which discloses nobody. Revealing a person is a separate, deliberate, metered step, and taking their details is a third.
- Every agency except the ones you block — the default. You are released only to agencies whose stated requirement you match.
- Only the companies you name — nobody else receives your profile, not even as part of a count.
A company that holds your profile holds it under a grant that expires. If you block them, their copy is withdrawn immediately, they receive no further updates, and you stop appearing in their results — so they cannot simply find you again next week. No reason is asked for and they are not told who blocked them.
You can see who looked
Every search you appeared in and every company that took your details is listed in your account. This is the point of the product rather than a feature of it: a company we cannot name to you is a company we would not release you to.
Legal basis
Processing your profile is necessary to perform the service you asked for (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Releasing it to a company rests on the choice you made in your visibility setting, which you can change or withdraw at any time (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Keeping records of who received your data is a legal obligation and our own legitimate interest in being able to show you (Art. 6 (1) (c) and (f) GDPR).
Where it is kept
In the European Union, in Amazon Web Services' Ireland region (eu-west-1). Consultants and agency staff are held in separate identity pools, so an account of one kind cannot read the other's data.
How long
Your profile is kept until you delete it. A profile nobody confirms stops being shown after six months — it is not deleted, only withheld, and one tap makes it findable again. Records of who received your data outlive the profile, because they are the evidence that you were told.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Export and deletion are both in the app and neither requires asking us. Deletion removes the profile and the documents; it cannot recall what a company already downloaded, which is why blocking withdraws the copy and stops the updates.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority. The one for us is Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Wiesbaden.
Relationship to agentiqrm
agentiqrm is a separate product of the same company. An agentiqrm subscription includes access to uniqprofile, and an agency reaching uniqprofile from agentiqrm does so under its own credential and its own name — which is what lets us tell you which company actually looked. Your profile is not shared with agentiqrm, and holding an agentiqrm subscription gives no agency any additional sight of you.
